We started with the possibility of tiling our fireplace and then it turned into so much more. Bo had some great suggestions for what we could do. Now our townhouse has a modern and custom look that we love. Whatever we wanted to have done Bo and Angel were happy to do it!

Recently I had a list of things to do and put it out for bid. Putting things out for a bid makes the contractors that want to work ruse to the top... Here is what my take away was with Midwest.

1. Showed up
2. Gave a written bid
3. Showed up to do the work
4. Made my tenants happy
5. The amount I paid was the same as the bid

Other contractors I called didn’t answer the phone, didn’t show up, ridiculous bid amount.

We cannot thank Bo and Angel from the Midwest Property Masters company enough. They did several remodeling jobs for us such as demolishing old and installing new flooring on the main floor, demolishing old and installing new room and closet doors in the entire house, new baseboards throughout the house, backsplash in the kitchen as well as some electric work. They are absolutely amazing!!! They gave us their honest opinion if we asked them for one but did not ever try to impose anything on us. On top of that, they are great human beings.

We highly recommend the Midwest Property Masters for any remodeling or building needs that people might have.
